Bright Path Tutor is run by one person: me. I provide one-on-one tutoring to K-12 students in all subjects. This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and your choices.
To respond to inquiries; schedule consultations and sessions; provide personalized tutoring; share progress with parents/guardians; coordinate with teachers when you authorize it; send reminders and service messages; process payments; keep records; and, only with your consent, send occasional updates or offers.
My services are for minors, but they are arranged by parents/guardians. My website and forms are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. Student information is provided by a parent or guardian, who consents to its use for tutoring. If you believe a child has submitted information without a parent's consent, contact me and I will delete it. Parents may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information at any time.
