Meet Ermina
Teacher, tutor, and your child’s biggest cheerleader.
I’m a dedicated educator with a background in teaching and personalized learning. In more than 20 years of teaching I’ve worked with over 500 students and been honored with two Teacher of the Year awards. I’m an alumna of San Jose State University, where I developed my expertise in effective teaching methods and innovative learning strategies.
Today I tutor students in every grade from K-12 and in all subjects. I work one-on-one, so I can get to know each student as an individual and plan lessons that are meaningful to them, often with a creative twist (fellow teachers will tell you I love bringing art into learning).
Outside of teaching, I love my pets, and I’m known to be quite the burst of energy to my friends and family.
